Most people are confused about nutrition and which foods are best for them. Every week there are new conflicting studies, reports and trends. It's hard to distinguish fact from fiction.

The fact is...no one's dietary needs are the same.

As your Health Coach, I will help you discover best practices for your body and support you in making sustainable changes that will help you reach your goals and create a balanced, joy filled, delicious life. I'm available for:

I have studied dozens of dietary theories including Western and Eastern wellness philosophies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a trained coach, I will support you in a non judgmental manner and guide you to a higher level of vitality and well being. Together we will create a plan to uncover food sensitivities, control weight and build a healthy life through informed lifestyle and food choices.

 As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. 

I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.

I am also a licensed RYT 200 yoga teacher and would love to help you explore increased flexibility and movement on your mat.
