Asian Peanut Sauce

 

Prep time: 15 minutes

Yields 1 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2T honey
  • 2T rice vinegar
  • 1T coconut oil (warmed) or mild olive oil
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1T soy sauce or tamari
  • 1t sweet Asian chili sauce
  • 2T ginger grated 
  • 2T scallions finely minced
  • 2T coconut milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or in a blender.

NOTES — This is great for dipping spring rolls or on fresh veggies or chicken kebabs.
