Bee Pollen...intense defense against colds and flu

Bee pollen has been studied extensively for its health benefits and has been found to be one of the most nourishing foods available. The composition of bee pollen varies depending on the type of flowers it has come from and is less allergenic than wind bourn pollens. It contains protein and essential amino acids, ranking higher in this category than meat! The best part about bee pollen is it strengthens the human immune system, helping us fight off colds and flu. Bee pollen also contains many vitamins such as A, C, D, E, B-complex and trace minerals.

Athletes take bee pollen to improve endurance, women of a certain age take it to reduce hot flashes, while younger women take it to help ease menstrual pain.
