Are your New Year's Resolutions already abandoned?

If your New Year's resolutions have been blown, forgotten or abandoned, fear not! It is never too late to press the restart button and revamp. One way to set goals for a healthier, happier you and achieve them is to use the S.M.A.R.T acronym.

S=specific

M=measurable

A= accountable

R=realistic

T=timely

So instead of making your goal vague like this:

I will eat healthier and lose weight.

Create one like this:

I will lose 5 lbs by April 15th, by including 2 veggies and 2 fruits in my meals each day. I will exercise fro 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week with a workout buddy who will cheer me on and keep me in check.

Boom!
