1. Implement fun themes for dinners at home with the fam. You've heard of Taco Tuesdays, well, how about Meatless Mondays, Fishy Fridays, Soupy Sundays , you get the idea. Have fun with playful themes that the kiddos can get involved with by helping you cook or setting the table and decorating the eating area.
2. You may want to add some fresh new recipes into your repertoire.Buy a new cookbook or take one out from the library to get inspired to try new meals and cook together with your family.
3. To avoid feeling deprived, treat yourself to a small pleasure like a cooking class, a small new cooking gadget to make meal prep easier, or try the fresh meal delivery services like Blue Apron if you are pressed for time.
4. Set up a buddy system to keep you on the path toward your goal.
