Yields 2 servings
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds and / or ground flax seeds
- Juice from fresh orange
- Handful of spinach leaves
- 1 cup almond milk
- 5 ice cubes or sliced frozen banana
- Wash and pat all produce dry.
- De-pit and score avocado and transfer to blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
