Grilled Salmon(GF/DF)

Grilled Salmon

Prep time: 15 minutes plus time to marinate (at least one hour)

Serves: 2-4 depending on size of fish


Sockeye or Keto salmon (fresh or frozen)

Olive oil to coat grill or baking dish


Fresh lemon slices, if desired for garnish


1. Follow the Marinade recipe in Sauces category on main recipe page (sesame oil, brown sugar, white wine, soy sauce)

2.Thaw fish, if frozen. Marinate the salmon in fridge for at least one hour, up to several hours

3. Pre heat grill or oven at 425 degrees

4. Remove salmon from marinade and pat dry

5. Grill or bake fish for about 9 minutes per inch of thickness

6. Fish is done when it is flakey in center

7. Serve on a bed of raw or cooked spinach, if desired
