Mango Fro-Yo

 

Prep time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 3-4 hours

Yields 2-4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango, cubed
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or almond, coconut yogurt-your choice
  • 3 T honey
  • 2 t lime juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place in popsicle molds or ramekins in the freezer until hard
  3. Enjoy on a sticky summer day!
