Prep time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 3-4 hours
Yields 2-4 servings
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango, cubed
- 1/2 cup yogurt or almond, coconut yogurt-your choice
- 3 T honey
- 2 t lime juice
- In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Place in popsicle molds or ramekins in the freezer until hard
- Enjoy on a sticky summer day!
