Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade


Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained 
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, no pits
  • Smidge of olive oil
  • 1/2 t Anchovy paste (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend it together.
  2. Serve with baguette slices or your favorite crackers.

NOTES — If the sun-dried tomatoes are dehydrated, place in warm water for 15 minutes to hydrate them. Skip this step if they are packed in oil.
