Refreshing summer drink

Prep time 15 minutes

Adjust amounts of ingredients to serve your family

Ingredients:

Watermelon or cantaloupe, seeded and cut into chunks

Cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp. lime juice (can add a little lime zest too)

1 tsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whir until smooth

2. Pour through a strainer into fun summer glasses or cups over ice

3. Pretend you are on a tropical island
