Salmon Marinade


Prep time: 5 minutes


  • 3 T soy sauce or tamari (gluten free)
  • 2 T brown sugar or coconut palm sugar
  • 1t sesame oil
  • 1 T fresh orange juice or a bit of zest
  • 3 T dry white wine


  1. Mix above ingredients with a whisk and let the fish marinate for at least 3 hours in the fridge.
  2. Grill or bake salmon, about 9 minutes per inch of thickness. 
  3. Serve on a bed of raw or sauteed spinach.
