Prep time: 5 minutes
- 3 T soy sauce or tamari (gluten free)
- 2 T brown sugar or coconut palm sugar
- 1t sesame oil
- 1 T fresh orange juice or a bit of zest
- 3 T dry white wine
- Mix above ingredients with a whisk and let the fish marinate for at least 3 hours in the fridge.
- Grill or bake salmon, about 9 minutes per inch of thickness.
- Serve on a bed of raw or sauteed spinach.
