Shrimp Oreganato

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Yields 2 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 raw shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 -3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed garlic (can omit)
  • bread crumbs for topping (can omit for lower calorie meal)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine melted butter, herbs, garlic and bread crumbs in a small bowl
  2. Place the shrimp in an oven proof pan
  3. Spoon bread crumb mixture over top
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes

NOTES — Serve with any vegetable of choice
