Sweet Potato Chips with Salt & Vinegar


Prep time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20-25 minutes

Yields 2 servings


  • 1 Large sweet potato
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper flakes, if you want a bit of spice


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Wash and dry sweet potato, then slice very thin
  3. Combine the vinegar, salt and oil in a ziploc bag or bowl
  4. Add the potato slices and mix
  5. Lay the slices on a non-stick cookie sheet in one layer so they don't overlap
  6. If you don't have a non-stick cookie sheet, oil the pan first or use parchment paper
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, flip them and bake for 5 more until they are crisp
  8. You can double the recipe if serving more than 2 people

NOTES — Enjoy right after they have cooled so they are crispy and crunchy.
